Debat Competition round 1 THE DEATH PENALTY opening goverment -> if the punishment just being in the jail, corruptor will not affected, they will corrupt again - the corruptor have stolen people's money its very relevant opening opposition -> the death penalty is against human rights - there's still others options to punish them because web shouldn't hurt people even if the people was bad closing goverment - the money that the corrupt took is for their own good -a lots of case that impacted by TH activity closing opposition - TH still believe to not doing any punishment like the death penalty because its against human rights
